Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant tenders in the energy and electrical sector, especially those related to Energy Management Systems (EMS) software and allied solutions.
- Manage end-to-end tender process: document review, BOQ analysis, bid preparation, and submission.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, and operations) to collect necessary inputs.
- Maintain records of bids submitted, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and client requirements.
- Support in vendor registration, empanelment, and e-tendering portals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in energy, power, or EMS software projects.
- Strong knowledge of tender portals (GeM, e-procurement, PSU/utility portals).
- Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS) software, SCADA, or related digital energy solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail with good negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
